Introduction...

Hello, our names are Sue Clayton and Sarah Hannant, and we run Highfield Cat Hotel in Ibstock, a village near Coalville and Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire.

All of the units meet the Feline Advisory Bureau guidelines, and have been improved over the years to maintain the high standards. We are fully licensed by North West Leicestershire District Council.

We welcome all cats and do not turn away anyone who may be unwell or infirm, or indeed anyone with a slightly difficult or challenging personality.

As cattery owners, we understand how important it is for you to have the freedom to deliver and pick up your cat at a time that fits into your busy schedule. We do not close our gates during the day, and we are also happy for you to come at hours outside our normal opening times by prior arrangement which means you are able to visit us at anytime...... whether its on your way to the airport for an early or late flight, during your lunch hour, or before picking the kids up from school.
